When we’ve done that, we will be able to see what parts of the business could be automated, and what should be left alone. This map will become your roadmap to automation heaven.

With your roadmap in place, we’ll help you identify which areas of your business we can add the most value to as quickly as possible. Some businesses have data to support that business case, but others have to rely on anecdotal evidence. Our expertise is in finding the right place to start so you get as much bang for your buck as possible.

We run team-inclusive workshops to get buy-in across your organisation and identify priorities. You will save money on training, hiring and retention, as well as quantifiable direct savings from automation and a greater understanding of your opportunity cost.

Product Planning

Knowing where we can add the most value, we can now plan what needs to be done to make that happen. We’ll work with you to understand the detail of the processes you have at the moment, making suggestions where we feel things can be simplified or improved, but otherwise working with your team the way they are used to working already. Changing too much only causes friction, and we want a fluid project, for your sake, and for ours! Out of this, we’ll build a set of requirements for the project.

We’ll never make assumptions about anything, ever. It’s your business, and you know the answers, so we will always defer to you. It’s not our place to make decisions about how you run your business.
